In the villa there are 4 full size bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds and 4 single beds, these can accommodate up to 8 people.
In the adjoining house there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 double beds each – there is room for another 4 people.
As another reserve, the villa has a gallery room with another double bed and a bunk bed.
So there are a total of 12 full-size sleeping accommodations plus the aforementioned spare beds.
The minimum length of stay is 7 days.
Yes, the vacation villa has a salt water pool and a beautiful, spacious and fenced garden with 300 olive trees.
In total, there are two fully equipped kitchens – one each in the villa and in the annex.
The equipment includes a variety of kitchen appliances in mint condition, sufficient cooking facilities (gas and induction stoves) and all necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.) for entertaining up to 12 people.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation villa.
The available bandwidth allows parallel streaming of video content – remote work is also possible.
Yes, free parking is available on the property.
The city of Lucca can be reached by car within 10 minutes, Pisa is about 20 minutes away by car.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa.
In the villa each bedroom is air-conditioned, in the annex there is central air-conditioning in the living and dining area.
The location is ideal for day trips to many popular destinations in Tuscany.
Examples are city trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena – also the beaches of Versilia are ideal for day trips.
The property is directly adjacent to a popular and extensive hiking area and is therefore suitable as a starting point for hikes of various difficulty levels.
A popular climbing location is also within walking distance.
Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is until 10:00 in the morning.
The vacation villa is located in the hills of Lucca in Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves and hills on the edge of a small suburb of Lucca.
The historic city of Lucca is only a few minutes away by car.
The property is ideal for family vacations with children with its large garden. Travel cots and a bed guard are available for infants – high chairs can also be provided if needed.

Yes, the villa is cleaned once a week and the bed linen and towels are changed.
If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.

The above prices include the cost of accommodation, weekly cleaning and final cleaning, bed linen and towels and the use of all amenities such as pool and garden.
For the use of air conditioning there is an additional cost of €150,- per week.
At the time of booking, 30% of the total price is due as a deposit – the remaining amount will be invoiced approx. 14 days before the start of the trip.
Yes, a deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage has been caused to the villa or included property.
Up to 28 days before arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge – in this case we will refund the deposit paid.
In case of cancellation within 28 days before the start of the booking period or in case of no-show, the full booking amount is due.
