Our luxurious vacation home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to experience an unforgettable vacation in Tuscany.
Right next to the main house is the annex, which is included in the rental price and is always rented together with the main house.
Main house
Our main house for 8 persons has 4 spacious bedrooms with new beds, 2 rooms with double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each.
In addition, you will find a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with attached spacious dining area and 4 bathrooms.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, free internet access and a large 55-inch TV.
Annexe
Our cozy annex can accommodate up to 5 guests and has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other room has a double bed and a single bed.
A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace complete the offer.
Located right next to the main house, the annex is the perfect retreat for friends, older children or grandparents.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape from the terrace and relax in your private oasis.
Garden
The fenced property is about 10,000 m² and offers a breathtaking view of the olive groves and the surrounding mountain landscape of Tuscany.
Relax in the refreshing saltwater pool (12 x 6 m), enjoy the sun on our comfortable sun loungers or let your culinary skills run free and bake your own pizza in our pizza oven.
For cozy evenings outdoors, our covered terrace offers the perfect retreat to enjoy your vacation to the fullest with a glass of wine and delicious Italian food.

From Lucca you need only about 10 minutes, from Pisa it is only about 20 minutes and from Florence you can reach our dreamlike property in just under 50 minutes.
From Pisa Airport (PSA) you can reach Dimora di Vaccoli by car or cab in about 20 minutes.
The international airport of Florence (FLR) can be reached via the A11/ E76 within 60min.
For guests arriving by boat, there are several ports near Lucca, including the port of Viareggio (30 minutes by car) and the port of Livorno (45 minutes by car).
From there you can go to the accommodation by car or cab.
